Noah turns 3 months!

I can't believe that Noah is already 3 months! He smiles and talks all day long (when he is not sleeping...).

Trip to Spokane

We took a trip to Spokane last weekend. Zack got to sit on Grandpa's tractor. He was thrilled to sit on it, but when we turned it on, he wanted nothing to do with it. Maybe next time he will go for a ride.

Noah - 2 1/2 months

Noah is changing more and more every day. His personality is really developing. He started smiling at 2 months and today (5/21) just started cooing. He just melts my heart!

Zack got a new froggie sandbox. Ask him what a froggie says, he says "Ahpee, ahpee." He is so adorable!!

Zack has a little friend named Dan that he plays with a couple times a week. They get along famously and are actually learning to play 'together'. They are so cute and have so much fun!

Noah - 4 - 6 week update

Noah is growing like a weed. It's been fun getting to know him and watch him start to develop his personality. He is starting to get more on a schedule and starting to sleep longer through the night. Zack still refers to him as Baby NoNo and always wants to know where he is. There is still a little bit of uncertainty / jealousy on Zack's part, but that is to be expected. We went back and looked at Zack's baby pictures, and we can't tell them apart at this age! I guess they do look more alike than I originally thought!

Zack discovered my shoes today... He clomped around in my slippers for about 1/2 hour - it was very entertaining!

Welcome Baby Noah!

Noah Michael Spencer was born on 3/2 at 10:30 pm at home. He was 7 lbs, 2 oz and 21 inches long.



Labor was relatively easy (for labor....). I knew starting about 1:30 pm that Noah was going to be born that day. I started hard labor at 7 pm and was glad to have him out by 10:30!



The past couple of weeks have been quite an adjustment for all of us. Zack is starting to love his brother - after much jealousy. He loves to try to put his pacifier in Noah's mouth. Whenever Zack wakes up he comes downstairs and says "Hi Baby NoNo". CUTE!!

Trip to Old Navy

Zack and I went to Old Navy to get some new clothes. He found this bench with the plastic dog on it - he must have sat there for 10 minutes talking to the dog. It kept him entertained while I got all of our shopping done!

Trip to the Zoo

We took Zack to the Pt. Defiance Zoo. He LOVED the animals and knows all of their sounds. He especially loved the elephants.

Happy New Year (a bit late...)!!

Well I haven't been very good at updating the blog frequently, so that is my New Years resolution!

The past few months have been great! As most people know we are expecting baby #2 - due around the beginning of March. I'm not sure that Zack comprehends that he is going to be a big brother, but it will become reality before he knows it! We have decided not to find out the sex of the baby, so we are really excited to meet this new baby bump and figure out if the room will be pink or blue.

I am including a few pictures of Zack over the past few months. Zack is growing like a weed, learning new things every day and talking our ear off!! He talks from the time he wakes up until he goes to bed!
